Appearance: Declan is a yellow aerodynamic, irrationally dense, ball of a creature. In many ways his structure isn't unlike his father. With a layer of fine fur, characteristic of an otter (bearing the same water resistant qualities), covering his entire body and inquisitive, grey eyes, this experiment offspring bears four arms and two legs when in his "truest" form. Lacking the antennae of his father and mother, he instead sports a blue tuft of hair reminiscent of Stitch's blue coloring. His own coloring, a yellow hue, seems to be unique to him. Bonnie, his mother, was a minty green color with a lightish green torso and Stitch was a deep blue with a light blue torso.
In human form all hints of blue are gone from his physical makeup, as is his fur and extra limbs. All that remains are his grey eyes and his blond fur, now present as a mop of hair atop his head. To make up for it, this teenager unwittingly wears a disproportionate amount of blue clothing. From blue button up shirts, to varying shades of blue jeans, to blue ties when dressing in formal attire, this kid definitely likes the color whether he admits it or not. He's also rather partial to green which is clear when reflecting over the decorations in his room (a blend of blue and green) or the overall color distribution of his wardrobe in comparison to other colors that aren't blue or green. He's also a fan of solid colors, and simple band tees. Minimalistic anything wins his heart. So don't expect cluttered posters in his room, or overly elaborate binder covers from this kid.
Personality: As far as demeanor, Declan is generally calm, bordering on disinterested to the general onlooker. In crowds he's barely likely to utter a sound unless prompted. In small groups, he's acutely aware of strangers and more than a little standoffish, but confident- even a bit silly- on rare occasions. Among friends, he's up for adventure and experimentation. He's not often one to make jokes, yet he can reveal himself to be quite the optimist and surprisingly concerned with other people's emotions when given the opportunity.
On the other hand, Declan is very temperamental. His temper can flare in an instant, then simmer at a cold hatred under the same "disinterested" expression that, to those aware of his anger, may interpret as more of a biding-his-time sort of look. Declan definitely doesn't wear his emotions on his sleeve, but he wouldn't envy the empath who could share his oscillating emotions with him.
Declan's intelligence is a bit of a sore spot for him. He's arguably smarter than Lilo, Nani, and Pleakley, but the respective and unique intelligence of Stitch, Bonnie, and Jumba dwarf his own intellect by a lot. Without the mechanical knowledge of Jumba or the genetic prowess, the street smarts or charm of Bonnie, or the impossibly infallible resourcefulness of Stitch, Declan's almost... average.
All other experiments have a trait unique to them, a skill that gives them a place. With the ability to speak fluent English and the language of his experiment "cousins" and parents, as well as a knack for logical thought that echoes both his parent's quick wit, and an aptitude for grasping the logic of technology and interfaces, this kid's a bit better off than some of his Earth counterparts, if nothing else.
Powers: As the child of experiments Stitch and Bonnie, Declan [If your character's parent has any magical powers that you would like your character to inherit, give us a brief overview of them here. We don't need masses of detail, just enough to understand the power and allow or disallow it]

Look into the Past
History:"He WHAT?!" Jumba fumed.
"Ih," Stitch clasped his single set of hands in front of him, digging his toe into the carpet.
"Jumba! You'll scare him!" Lilo scolded, drawing the small yellow creature upwards, brushing her cheek against his forehead. "It's okay, Duckie."
Duckie was Lilo's new name for Stitch's infant son, given to him because of his resemblance to a baby duck. From his broad, currently unadorned forehead to the deep yellow hue, he did look a bit like a duck. Later the tuft of blue would grow in, but the affectionate name "Duckie" would stick.
"Don't worry about it. Stitch and I will just go to-" Bonnie began diplomatically eyeing her infant with a considerable amount of suspicion reserved for Lilo's grasp upon the newborn.
"No!" Lilo protested instantly. "You can't take him." Her grasp on the baby tightened, drawing him closer to her. Bonnie's gaze began to narrow into a glare.
"Give it here." Jumba ordered. Reluctantly, Lilo handed the swaddled creature to the large alien now in front of her. Without explanation, Jumba marched off toward his lab, trailed by Stitch and Bonnie.
Bonnie was created to be a thief. With her partner in crime, the experiment Lilo named Clyde, life seemed as complete as it would ever be. At least until Bonnie set her sights on something a bit harder to attain. The friendship of Lilo and Stitch that she'd encountered previously had a haunting quality. The synchronicity of Clyde and herself felt comparatively mundane. So, she decided she wanted Stitch.
Once Bonnie had Stitch's attention, his affection for Lilo became the next obstacle to overcome. Before long she decided that the only way to make Stitch hers and hers alone was to give him a child. And, it worked. Well, she bore a baby boy, at least. Nothing else about her plan worked the way she anticipated.
Her son, originally named "Duckie" by Lilo, was quickly drawn into the makeshift family Lilo had created. Bonnie, however, wanted no part of that lifestyle or Lilo. Shortly after Jumba relented and decided he was more fascinated by Duckie than angry, he returned him to Bonnie and Stitch. Hours later Bonnie and Duckie were gone.
Rejecting Lilo's input, Bonnie officially named him Declan. She forged documents for him, trying to emulate human culture, and hid with Declan and Clyde, switching locations at a whim. Whenever Declan needed food she stole it, along with blankets and any toy she could get away with. Hours drifted into days, and the days added up to a week, then two, before Lilo, Stitch, and Jumba caught up to her.
Declan was returned to Lilo's home. Jumba fitted the infant with a "indestructible" tracking bracelet, promising Lilo no one would ever take him again. The bracelet was replaced for larger, more sophisticated bracelets as Declan grew. Lilo was convinced it was a necessary deterrent for Bonnie, and Stitch didn't object. Stitch, perhaps out of guilt, did convinced Lilo to let his name remain Declan. From that day forward, life with Declan began to feel normal.
Bonnie's influence and presence was sporadic throughout the years. She'd appear, always with stolen gifts in hand, and then vanish just as quickly. But life with Lilo and Stitch was always amusing. Even as the pair aged, they seemed to cling to their youthful antics. Declan was brought along and protected, primarily by Stitch, during all their adventures across their home state of Hawaii and beyond.
From infancy to his teenage years, he rescued "cousin" experiments so they could find their perfect place, rode roller coasters, traveled to space, tried to outdo Mertle Edmonds more times and in more ways than he could count, and did his best along the way to learn everything he could about the world around him.
The choice to send Declan away to school was far more difficult for Lilo and Pleakley than it was for Stitch, Jumba, or Declan himself. With the promise of a unique education and the general moodiness of his teenage years setting in, Stitch was almost pleased to say goodbye. Almost. The choice of sixteen rather than any younger was more the fault of Lilo than a conscious choice. At sixteen, all agreed Declan was mature enough to make the decision himself.

RP Sample:
'You ain't nothin' but a hound dog, rockin' all the time.' Declan mouthed the words silently in sync with his headphones, drumming his fingers against the edge of the bus window ledge. His grey eyes captured the evolving landscape with silent wonder, marveling at the world that starkly contrasted the island he called home.
