Face Claim/PB
Cameron Monaghan
Appearance: Kasper takes after his mother in a lot of ways, he is a scrawny kid with unruly ginger hair and freckles, and in a land where handsome princes are tall, blonde and muscular... he feels like he got the short end of the stick when the looks were handed out. Though he's definitely a cutie with a cheeky smile, he doesn't feel all that great about his looks, especially now that he's getting into his teenage years and he's started to think about other people finding him attractive. He's very much at an awkward stage, where all the other kids are having growth spurts and he's still tiny, with a fluctuating voice and the occasional breakout of acne.
He's a bit of a klutz, finding he doesn't quite have control over all his limbs, and about the only time he isn't constantly bumping into things is on the ice - well, that's not technically true, but at least on the ice he's doing it deliberately. He's also pretty expressive with his hands and they tend to flail wildly when he's talking.
He favours loose, comfortable clothing wherever possible, though he's not overly uncomfortable in formalwear he definitely prefers to keep it casual. He doesn't really care about style or colour, for him it's all about being able to move - and keeping warm when he spends too long outside in the middle of winter.
Personality: Kasper is shy and awkward when first meeting people, and he can come across a little stand-offish because he's so quiet and easily distracted, but once people get to know him they realise that he's a cheerful young man with a tendency to get carried away - especially when it comes to talking about hockey. He is passionate about the sport, and if you get him started he'll talk for hours about it. He can talk for Arendelle on just about any subject with friends, but hockey is the one thing that he'll talk about with anyone.
He's completely different when he's actually playing hockey as well, on the ice he's a little more aggressive and a lot more confident, he feels completely comfortable when playing hockey so he doesn't stop to worry about what anybody else thinks of him.
Though he has had plenty of lessons about being a prince, none of the smooth charm comes easy to him, though he does have a certain endearing dorkiness to make up for it. He's very much not your typical prince, but then most of his family are not very typical, so with them he fits right in.

Look into the Past
History: Kasper is the youngest of the Bjorgman siblings, though that didn't mean he got any less love and attention from his parents. Anna and Kristoff doted upon all their children, and Kasper's childhood was a happy one. He got on well with his siblings and from the moment he could toddle he was chasing after them all - especially Astrid.
Even though she was the oldest, Astrid was always Kasper's favourite. He followed her lead in almost everything - probably to the point of irritation, since wherever Astrid went, Kasper wanted to go. When she learnt to skate, he was sitting on the edge of the ice with wide eyes, desperate to learn himself.
When he did get a little older and follow his sister onto the ice, he discovered the same love she did - just a little differently. He discovered a game, a game that his speed and skill on the ice was just perfect for. Hockey.
From then on he was obsessed, gathering local kids and siblings and generally anybody he could coerce to hold a stick, whenever he wasn't at prince lessons or following his sister on adventures, he was sliding a puck around the ice. It was the only thing that he fell back on when Astrid went off to school, to the point where it was actually difficult for his parents to drag him off the ice. Whenever he wasn't playing hockey, he was begging for news of his sister or wanting to write her letters. Eventually he wore his parents down so much that, three years after she had started, they sent Kasper to Seacombe Halpworth as well.

RP Sample: Kasper skidded to a halt on the ice with a whoop of joy, waving his stick in the air as the appointed referee called time on the game. The puck had slid past the other team's goalie with just seconds to spare, getting them the point they needed to win the game.
He laughed as his teammates piled into him, cheering like this had been the most important game of their lives - in a way, it had. Though they just played for fun and everybody constantly swapped teams and nobody really cared who had the most wins, Kasper had been playing with the same group of people practically forever, and now it was going to come to an end.
"This has been the best day ever!" he laughed, grabbing hold of his friends for support as the other team piled into them for a massive group hug as well. "Thank you all!"
Extricating himself from the dogpile, he skated over to the edge of the frozen lake they'd been playing on, his elation fading to a bittersweet feeling. He didn't even know if he'd be able to skate at this new school, let alone play hockey with friends, and he was nervous about being round so many new people.
Still, Astrid was there, and he hoped she was as excited to see him as he was to see her. Three years was a long time...
