Appearance: As a puppy, Admiral looks just like his father. He looks like a mutt that wouldn't be allowed anywhere near the home he lives in. As a human, Admiral has fluffy dark hair and brown eyes. His hair, when not taken care of get long and often shaggy. His jaw is kind of crooked and he generally wears a smile.
Admiral, when he remembers, walks with grace and poise, his head and the picture of confidence. Though more often than not he’s galloping to running along to get where he wants to be and full of excitement.
Admiral often dresses nicely in a button down shirt and slacks and tries to remember to wear some kind of hat because gentlemen wear hats after all. But just as often he wears jeans and a t-shirt, as it is more socially acceptable.
Admiral is a really expressive guy. He wears his heart on his sleeve and it’s not hard to tell what he’s feeling by one glance at his face. Dogs aren’t very good at keeping their feelings to themselves.
Personality: Admiral is a very fun loving guy. He’s always up for whatever shenanigans are happening at the present moment as long as no one gets hurt. He’s a very upbeat person and often finds joy in everything around him. For Admiral, life is about the simple pleasures, whether it’s a walk in the garden or a game of cards among friends. He’s fairly agreeable to most things and loves spending his time outdoors.
Admiral is polite to everyone and generally loves people. As a dog he practically conditioned to seek affection in any and all forms from people. He gets particularly excited about being in a large group of people and often forgets his manners when he’s excited about people.
Admiral is very protective of the people he cares most deeply about, and would be quite wounded to be scolded by them, though he wouldn’t hold it against them. Admiral is quite resilient and can spring back into his happy go lucky demeanor at any given moment.
Though he is often distracted, Admiral works very diligently to remember the protocols of the Victorian society he came from. He is very polite and prone to bowing to individuals. He has a high respect for women and often goes out of his way to make sure that his friends are comfortable.

Look into the Past
History: Admiral was one of several puppies born to Lady and her mate, Tramp. As puppies, Admiral and his siblings were raised in a Victorian society and their mother taught them everything they needed to know about how to be a very good dog. Their father taught them, on the sly, about how to get out of trouble if you needed to. But most importantly they were taught to protect the baby.
Admiral learned a lot from his parents, but he learned even more when Jim Dear and Darling, their beloved humans, would take the puppies out walking. He learned about the interactions humans had with other humans.
Jim Dear and Darling loved the puppies very much and bestowed each of them with a name and the parents were so proud of the litter. But Jim Dear and Darling were overwhelmed with all the puppies, a baby and two full grown dogs. They just didn’t have time to train their darling little puppies, so they sent them away to obedience school.
The puppies were packed up and shipped off only to find that they weren’t at boarding school at all. They were at a human school, in human bodies doing human things. Admiral and his siblings adjusted fairly quickly and settled in quite happily going to school and making friends.

RP Sample: Admiral was practically tripping over himself to just get outside and into the sunshine. He threw open his door, suddenly remembered that he was not supposed to be so boisterous and slowed down and closed the door with decorum.
He walked briskly, looking around him very nearly plowing over some poor student. Admiral stopped and bowed politely. “I’m so sorry. I didn’t see you there, man. I will be more aware next time.” He bowed again then moved on. He was going to take a stroll through the garden and absolutely not chase any squirrels.
Admiral pushed open the door with gusto and stepped out into the sun, tilting his face towards it and smiling. He breathed in, smelling the grass and the roses beside then door. Not too many people were out and about this time of the day, which was a bit disappointing, but there might be people tucked away in the garden! That was such an exciting thought that Admiral ambled off towards the garden.

Tell us a Little About Yourself!: I spent a week with Spooky once. It was so fun! We went to a bunch of cool places in NYC and it was super awesome because neither of us had been there before. And it was really freaking cold because it was January, but I was pretty darn thankful there wasn’t any snow. Otherwise that might have been super awful.
